In this post i am studying the features that starts with Latter "A",
what are we waiting for
here the features are on next line.

Authorization Code (Authcode)

If you are away from your office regularly, you may want a way to easily place calls (long distance as well as local) and charge them to your office phone. Subscribers to this feature are assigned a 7-digit authorization code (authcode) that can be tied to a particular project, grant, chart field, or individual. If you subscribe, you can use your authcode from many telephones on campus, giving you the freedom to make calls from a variety of locations.

Auto Dial

Do you have one number that you call often? With AutoDial, you can dial that number with the push of one button. Easy as that. Available on Electronic Sets Only.

Auto Display

If someone is expecting a call from you, but is tied up on their first line, they can see that you have called because your Name Display shows up for a few seconds while their second line flashes. Up to 24 characters can usually be displayed on the set.

Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)

Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) allows a large number of incoming calls to be answered by a group of individuals who serve as the ACD agents. Calls are automatically distributed to the member agents on a most idle basis. The group supervisory position can tell how many calls are in queue waiting to be answered; the wait time of the oldest call in queue; and which agents are logged in. This system offers monthly Call Center Reports that are automatically e-mailed to one or more departmental contacts.
